International SOS and its network of partners bring together the world’s leading security risk specialists. Our clients trust and rely on our dedicated 1,000 Security Assistance Professionals, including our full-time security team of 200 experts, with further access to a global network of 89,000 on-the-ground providers in our global assistance network.
This network includes security, logistics and aviation providers, enabling global on-the-ground support and access to aviation assets in the event of mass evacuation requirements.
Health
Security
Over 4,400 medical professionals work for International SOS, including highly trained doctors, paramedics, nurses, pharmacists, emergency responders, radiographers, and laboratory technologists. Together, they provide medical assistance through our global Assistance Centre teams.
International SOS employs 1,300 doctors with various specialisations, including pandemic preparedness and management, family medicine, gynaecology/obstetrics, paediatrics, physical therapy, psychiatry and counselling, dentistry, nutrition, and wellness.

In 2021, the digital features of Workforce Resilience service supported 2,600 clients with the ability to locate 5.5 million employees and manage 11.8 million trips via Tracker. We provided accurate & timely information on changing security and health threats in each location via 53,000 alerts.
Our information services are all available in English, with some services or content in 13 other languages.
In 2021, we educated 2,200 clients via Digital Learning.

OUR SOLUTIONS
In 2024, the digital features of our Workforce Resilience service enabled our clients to locate over eight million employees through Tracker.
We provided regularly updated guides, offering detailed assessments of 229 locations and 440 cities.
Each year, we issue over 12,000 security alerts and 2,000 medical alerts, totalling 14,000 multilingual alerts. The alerts deliver real-time updates on incidents, health threats, trends, and planned events impacting security, medical, and climate risks.
