Your organisation handles the incident according to your internal protocols and/or receives International SOS support.
Comprehensive incident reporting is provided monthly in your preferred deliverable format.
The emergency communication process and response protocol are routinely evaluated and adjusted as necessary.
*The International SOS Assistance Centre is activated for health and/or security incidents as required.
