The platform generates a personalized, destination-specific preparation email. This includes medical and vaccination requirements, travel documentation, cultural and regulatory considerations, and any relevant health, security, or environmental advisories based on verified intelligence.
Travelers complete required learning modules and review tailored location briefings. These may cover situational awareness, emergency procedures, cybersecurity, and other topics aligned with organizational Duty of Care standards. Relevant policies are acknowledged digitally to demonstrate compliance.
A trip request is initiated through your Travel Management Company, HR platform, or internal travel approval workflow. Traveler profile data, itineraries, and applicable organizational policies are automatically consolidated to ensure alignment with current medical, security, and compliance requirements from the moment the trip is created.
Once all requirements are fulfilled, the traveler is given TravelReady approval. This confirms completion of all mandatory preparation steps and verifies alignment with organizational travel policies, ensuring the traveler is cleared to depart.
Supervisors and travel managers gain real-time visibility into each traveler’s progress, including outstanding actions, completed modules, and compliance gaps. Automated notifications highlight where intervention may be required, enabling timely support before departure.
