Paris Photo 2022:
Our curators’ highlights
ART
As J.P. Morgan Private Bank celebrates 11 years of partnership with Paris Photo, we invite you to explore the highlights of our modern and contemporary art collection at our 2022 exhibition.
For the past eleven years, it has been our privilege to partner with Paris Photo and share our expertise and passion for photography.
To celebrate the JPMorgan Chase Art Collection’s 11th Anniversary Year at Paris Photo, the Curatorial team has selected 20 artworks that display varied perspectives of photographic media, genres, and subjects. Paris Photo is an occasion for exploration, and we aim to emphasize its diversity through our selections.
We offer a self-guided tour through the fair at the Grand Palais Éphémère that we hope introduces you to a combination of new and under-recognized artists together with those more established and iconic to inspire fresh insights on current and historical photographic practices. We hope you also enjoy our exhibition A Different Lens: Recent and Iconic Photographs in the JPMorgan Chase Art Collection featuring 12 works by renowned and emerging artists—all women—innovating in an array of lens-based media.
