Tip: How to save time when creating a tab module from scratch.
Create one tab that has the images, text format, animations, and interactions you want the other tabs in the module to have. Copy and paste the tab and change the names of the pasted tab folders in the layers panel. You can then change the text and images in each tab. This is more efficient than making each tab from scratch.
Create digestible content and save screen real-estate by condensing lengthy content into categories that can be viewed on separate tabs.

Turn flat objects into multidimensional, dynamic content by adding a drop shadow.
To apply a drop shadow, select the shape or image and add a shadow in the design panel. Experiment with the shadow color, blurriness, and position in relation to the asset.
To replace an image, select the png or jpeg on the canvas or in the layers panel and click the "Replace image" button, which is next to the image thumbnail in the design panel. Any applied animation to the original image will carry over to the new one.
Tip: Try to make the new image a similar size and dimension to the image being replaced.
Overview
We can identify opportunities for application improvement, even in competitor equipment. Component upgrades, refurbishments and retrofits can enhance turbomachinery reliability and efficiency, and our turnkey solutions handle every aspect from initial review to final connections — including ongoing support.
UPGRADES AND RETROFITS
Programmed health checks can uncover potential problems early on, providing opportunities for corrective or preventative measures that could help maximize uptime and limit the need for unplanned maintenance while supporting routine turnarounds. Not only are our engineers vastly experienced, they are equipped with the latest wearable technologies, to enable enhanced service to remote locations. Additionally, our gas seal management program can eliminate common operating challenges, delivering increased efficiency, equipment life extension and emissions reduction.
OPERATIONAL SERVICES
Investment in rotating equipment needs to be conserved, so we offer solutions designed to bring your turbomachinery assets up to new standards. Performance restoration is a resource and cost-effective solution to extend the operating life of mature assets. Our Turbomachinery Services team are available on a contract or as-needed basis.
CONSULTANCY SERVICES
We can project manage complete technology enhancements to improve specific aspects of equipment performance. Our
pre-commissioning and commissioning services help to ensure trouble free, on time start-up of new equipment. John Crane service and reliability engineers support customers with turbomachinery “cold-eyes” reviews, inventory advice, dry gas seal installations and full RCAs for problem resolution. We have a proven track record of mobilizing global service resources to support the commissioning of multiple “mega” projects.
COMMISSIONING SERVICES
With manufacturing locations, service centers and expertise around the globe, we can supply the mission-critical products and services you require to your schedule with more resources and with more local insight. Our test rigs allow full dynamic testing under client-specific operating conditions in a wide range of environments. Customers can witness real-time testing data remotely, thereby speeding delivery and reducing average lead times for returning repaired components.

INTEGRATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
John Crane Indufil® filters remove liquid and particle contamination and maximize reliable dry gas seal operation. FCF Series Seal Gas Filtration Systems are available in single and duplex configuration, in stainless steel as a standard and in higher alloys. The filters comply with international pressure vessel and design codes and were designed in alignment with API614 and designed for API692.
In addition to complying with filtration requirements for contaminants of 1 micron and smaller at particulate efficiencies of 99.9%, coalescing performance is down to 0.005 ppm (w), all within a smaller footprint.
John Crane Indufil® fuel gas filtration units are individually tailored to maximize reliability regardless of the condition of the supply gas. They are fitted as original equipment by most major gas turbine suppliers and EPCs around the world.
Effective filtration systems help meet the demands of modern engines for clean, dry gas. Failure to provide acceptable gas can quickly cause a reduction in efficiency or, even worse, an unscheduled outage.
A Middle East national oil company supplying most of the crude oil and natural gas for the country’s industrial and residential customers required to keep up with its growing energy demand.
The company determined that the mechanical seals, installed on two
gas-lift compressor trains at a specific large oil gathering facility, were causing frequent and expensive production interruptions that put their growth plans in jeopardy. The company needed to significantly improve the eight-month mean time between repair (MTBR) for the
seals, performance.
Following the 2013 retrofit John Crane dry gas seals, MTBR has improved from eight months to more than six years — and counting, and the company is saving an estimated $35,000 per day in lost production and maintenance costs.

FUEL GAS FILTRATION
SEAL GAS FILTRATION
John Crane dry gas seals reduce leakage rates by up to 15 percent, lowering the total cost of operation while protecting the environment. An enhanced rotor design extends scheduled maintenance periods, and the optional bi-directional capability reduces the need for an extensive spares inventory.
Operators are supported by localized technical expertise from the largest global service network in the industry with over 300 service engineers located worldwide. Technical support and troubleshooting from service and reliability experts is available on the widest range of applications in the industry.
DRY GAS SEAL
The non-contacting segmented-carbon-bushing separation seal protects dry gas seals from bearing oil ingress. Separation gas (normally nitrogen or air) is injected between the two segmented bushings, effectively creating a pressure barrier between the bearing and dry gas seal cavity.
Advanced materials and design eliminate wear under normal running, promoting long service life.
SEPARATION SEAL
H-FE couplings can be readily adapted to match the integral shaft flanges used on many large gas and steam turbines.
On some applications, an H-FE turbine end drive is combined with a reduced moment arrangement at the compressor end. The transmission unit is simple to install and remove for rapid separation of the two machines, providing easy access for alignment and equipment maintenance.
HIGH PERFORMANCE COUPLINGS
The John Crane GCU Seal Gas Booster delivers differential pressure and gas flow across the seal faces to ensure the gas seals remain in optimum operational condition and equipment is always ready, allowing for trouble-free start-up, the first time and every time.
Reliable dry gas seal performance is dependent on a constant supply of clean seal gas at a pressure above that of the process, but when the compressor is stationary, there is no pressure differential within the gas seal support system to ensure clean gas flow across the seal faces.
