A launch animation for McDonald's ESG campaign, Plan for Change. The Plan for Change covers 5 pillars and is the foundation to McDonald's ambition to be net zero by 2040. The campaign highlights how even the smallest action can add up to big changes.

We created a series of customer persona animations, to showcase how employees can make different customer needs a simply better experience. Understanding customer frustrations and encouraging them to use the Barclays app or using the self-service devices in the banking halls.

Results Animation
A anonymised results animation showing how narrative can drive engagement when communicating results in first-person. This makes the insight straightforward and easy to digest for employees.
Strategy Film
A campaign strategy focused on the marginal gains theory that is now so prevalent in sports and business thinking. By positioning ‘continuous improvement’ as a challenge to ‘go one better’, we targeted small improvements in the knowledge that they would add up to big shifts in performance across the business.

The éist Staff Culture survey is focused on assessing the IBCB’s culture from the perspective of bank staff. This animation highlights what IBCB heard through their previous surveys and some of these key initiatives they have focused on as a result.
