Product overview
Jump is the #1 AI platform for advisors and financial professionals, powering the entire client lifecycle through three products: Meet, Onboard, and Grow. Meet automates meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up, syncing back to the CRM automatically. Onboard turns client and account intake into a guided workflow, including real-time account opening with Schwab and Fidelity, which lets advisors complete a signed application before the meeting ends. Grow analyzes meeting and client data to surface tailored insights and cross-sell opportunities, such as held-away assets or referral opportunities, so firms know where to focus next. Firms using Jump save over 12 hours per advisor per week, see a 2.5x increase in growth opportunities, and achieve a 42 percent reduction in outstanding client service tasks.
Key features and capabilities
Meet: AI meeting notetaker that joins any conferencing/VoIP system, pre-meeting briefs, auto-generated notes and summaries, smart tasks and email drafts, and two-way CRM sync.
Onboard: Configurable client intake forms, real-time account opening with Schwab and Fidelity, and AI Associate for conversational queries across client, plan, and portfolio data.
Grow: Firm-wide insights and playbooks, tailored opportunity signals for held-away assets and referrals, and scorecards for coaching.
Across all three: Configurable compliance controls, including recording, no recording, transcript-only, or summary-only settings, to match supervision policies.
Integrations
Jump supports over 40 two-way integrations across CRMs, including Salesforce, Wealthbox, Redtail, HubSpot, and more; financial planning tools such as eMoney, RightCapital, and Asset-Map; custodians and portfolio platforms including Schwab, Fidelity, Orion, and Black Diamond; estate and tax tools such as Wealth.com, Holistiplan, and TaxStatus; meeting/VoIP systems including Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and RingCentral; and automation tools such as Zapier and Hubly. Jump pulls context into meeting preparation, then automatically pushes notes, tasks, and field updates back.
Jump connects to an advisor’s calendar, conferencing platform, and CRM once, then runs across the relationship. With Meet, Jump prepares a brief before each meeting, and its notetaker joins the call. Afterward, Jump drafts notes, a follow-up email, and tasks and suggests record updates for the advisor to approve before they sync back.
Onboard transforms a manual client onboarding process into a streamlined, end-to-end experience. When opening an account, Jump pulls together what’s already on file, flags what’s missing, and lets the advisor capture it live so the client can review and sign in the same sitting.
In the background, Grow analyzes data across an advisor’s book to surface the next planning conversation, referral, or held-away asset worth pursuing. Every AI-generated output stays reviewable before it’s saved or sent. Jump is also available via a one-click Claude MCP connector to integrate Jump into other workflows.
