Tes is a global technology company serving the education sector, with a mission to enable great teaching, improve outcomes and help schools and educators thrive. Its software and services span the full school lifecycle – learning management, learning support, inclusion, student and staff wellbeing, behaviour management, timetabling, parents’ evenings and school operations – alongside trusted journalism and insight through Tes Magazine.
Australia represents more than a third of the business globally, and a significant share of Tes’ school software capability was built here. Products like Timetable, Teach Starter, SEQTA, Synergetic, and AssetWhere are already embedded in the daily life of schools and classrooms across hundreds of schools in Australia, the UK and International school space – and it’s on that foundation that Tes is building the platform for what comes next. The most significant recent development has been the launch of Tes360 in April 2026. The Tes360 platform connects the range of software tools a school already uses, surfacing insight through connected data rather than adding another dashboard to an already crowded screen. When attendance, wellbeing notes, timetabling and staffing data sit together, patterns emerge weeks earlier than they would from any single system. The headstart of knowing something is developing before it becomes a crisis is the clearest illustration of what interconnection makes possible.
Product overview
Every student deserves the opportunity to thrive, and schools need the right tools to understand, support and respond to their individual needs. As student wellbeing, learning support and compliance requirements continue to grow, educators need solutions that bring together meaningful insights and streamlined processes without adding to their workload.
SEQTA and Learning Pathways help schools create a more connected approach to student support. SEQTA provides a holistic view of each learner by bringing together learning, wellbeing and attendance information in one place, while Learning Pathways helps schools manage personalised learning support plans, including Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Together, they support informed decision-making, stronger collaboration and more personalised support, helping schools improve outcomes for every student.
Key features and capabilities
SEQTA supports a whole-school approach to learning and wellbeing by bringing together academic progress, attendance and wellbeing information into a single platform. It helps educators identify trends, monitor student progress and make evidence-informed decisions that support both achievement and wellbeing.
Learning Pathways simplifies the creation and management of personalised learning support plans, making it easier for schools to develop, review and collaborate on ILPs, IEPs and other student support plans. Schools can document goals, adjustments and interventions, track progress over time and maintain a clear record of support for students with diverse learning needs.
Together, these solutions help reduce administrative burden, improve collaboration between teachers, learning support teams and school leaders, and provide greater visibility of the information needed to deliver timely, personalised support while meeting evolving compliance requirements.
Integrations
SEQTA and Learning Pathways are designed to work within your school's existing technology ecosystem. They support integration with Student Information Systems (SIS), School Management Systems (SMS) and other education technologies through APIs and established integration methods such as Wonde. This helps reduce duplicate data entry, improve data consistency and support efficient workflows, allowing educators to spend more time focusing on students.
SEQTA enables educators to record and monitor learning, attendance and wellbeing information throughout a student’s journey, providing a comprehensive picture of their progress and engagement. These insights help schools identify students who may benefit from additional support or intervention.
Learning Pathways provides a structured environment for creating, implementing and reviewing personalised learning support plans. Educators can work collaboratively with colleagues and families to set goals, document adjustments, monitor progress and keep support plans up to date. By providing a clear, consistent process, schools can deliver more coordinated support while ensuring every student’s needs remain at the centre of decision-making.
How the product works
After-sales and customer services
Tes’ commitment to schools extends well beyond implementation. Dedicated onboarding and professional services teams support schools through setup and training, helping staff build confidence from day one.
Each school is partnered with a dedicated school success manager who provides ongoing guidance, shares best practice and helps schools maximise the value of their investment over time. This is complemented by responsive customer support teams, an extensive online knowledge base and self-service resources, ensuring help is always available when it’s needed.

It’s also where regulatory readiness comes in. Although the Term 1 2027 bullying response requirements are already built into Tes’ thinking, compliance cannot be treated as a bolt-on, requiring schools to re-engineer their processes every time requirements shift. The case Tes is making is that a genuinely connected system makes a school structurally more responsive not just
to this deadline, but to any that follow.
At the heart of its offering is Tes360, a connected platform for deeper insight and greater impact, connecting information without friction, saving time, speeding up decision making, providing insight and driving action across schools and groups.
Built on more than 115 years of education expertise, Tes works with education communities worldwide to help teams save time, strengthen oversight and focus on what matters most.
