Taylor Howard is responsible for aligning technology strategy with business priorities, ensuring secure and reliable delivery while building a culture of continuous innovation. His leadership is rooted in using data to make better decisions, creating visibility into performance, capacity, risk and value so teams can act with confidence and deliver predictably. Since joining Kforce, he has strengthened technology execution by empowering teams with clear goals, actionable insights and ownership of outcomes. He led an internal shift from temporary project teams to long-standing, dedicated teams, while also improving delivery consistency, increasing cross-functional collaboration and enabling stronger forecasting and planning through measurable, repeatable operating rhythms. Previously, Howard held executive leadership roles at AgileThought and Dynasty Financial Partners, where he guided large-scale digital and technology transformations.

By combining disciplined execution with forward-looking innovation, he aims to position Kforce as a technology partner that helps clients not only respond to change, but lead through it. A graduate of Eckerd College, he’s a frequent speaker on technology leadership and has held board and executive committee positions with Tampa Bay Tech. He is a passionate supporter of Think Big for Kids and was an active mentor for many years. When he’s not working, he’s with his family, on the sidelines for soccer and in the stands for MMA, supporting his two sons.
