Steve Soares is responsible for the strategy and support of Kforce’s enterprise services, including technology, communications, consumer, financial services and healthcare. His expertise drives operational consistency and a unified experience across Kforce’s largest and most dynamic clients. Since joining the firm in 2011, he’s served as strategic accounts vice president, client development director and managing director. A key driver of the firm’s solutions growth, Soares is skilled at building and developing high-performing teams, creating opportunities for growth and establishing meaningful, long-lasting partnerships with customers.

He’s played an integral role in several of the firm’s transformational initiatives, including the adoption of an enterprise model, the expansion of our solutions business, the creation of our sales methodology and the implementation of Kforce Reimagined, an initiative that evaluated where and how work is done in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Soares graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor’s in communications and managerial economics. He spends his leisure time outdoors with his family and coaching youth sports.
