Virg Palumbo serves as a critical link between the firm’s revenue generating and enabling organizations. He couples his operational and sales leadership experience to connect our front and back offices while increasing efficiency and improving experience. His previous roles include central region president, Pittsburgh market director and chief operating officer for Kforce Government Solutions. Under Palumbo’s leadership, the central region achieved record revenue and consistent growth, earning teams several market-of-the-year awards. Palumbo strives to support his team’s success both professionally and personally, leading with an “others before self” mentality.

He finds the most meaningful interactions are the ones that make a lasting impact. He is a 2012 Veteran of the Year in Business award recipient and a 2011 Joe Natoli Citizenship Award honoree. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, Palumbo served five years as a Marine Corps Infantry Officer. The Windber, Pennsylvania, native remains active in local veteran initiatives. He furthers his passion for education and athletics through his board positions with Navy Football Brotherhood and Outdoor Odyssey.
