John Megally is responsible for all revenue generating activities
in our field offices across the country. He drives an award-winning culture that promotes operational excellence, consistency and adaptability while delivering a unified experience to customers.
As an executive leader, he helps create, shape and execute on firm initiatives and strategy. Megally previously served as the east region president, South Florida market president and director and technology market manager.
Megally specializes in developing and scaling markets while maintaining a people-first mentality. He is skilled at creating consistent operating models that drive revenue growth.
One of his key strengths as a leader is recognizing people’s individual goals and aligning them with opportunities that help them
succeed. His teams have been recognized with several internal awards, including the Albert M. Dunkel award, an esteemed recognition given to high-achieving teams.
Megally is a 2015 South Florida Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. He earned his dual bachelors’ in decision science
and management information systems from George Mason University. He is an active member of his community and church
who spends his leisure time with his family at dance competitions and baseball tournaments.
