David Bair leads Kforce’s solutions offering. He is responsible for enhancing our go-to-market strategy, expediting scalability and expanding growth capabilities. He is skilled at shaping vision and adapting business models to maintain Kforce’s industry-leading status. Prior to this role, Bair served as the firm’s west region president for five years. Under his leadership, the west region led the implementation of the firm’s solutions offering. The region’s growth more than doubled Staffing Industry Analysts’ expectations for 2021. Bair played an integral role in the firm’s finance and accounting footprint transformation and was a key leader in Kforce’s Reimagined initiative.

Kforce Reimagined evaluated where and how work is done in response to the COVID-19 pandemic resulting in the firm’s office-occasional operating model. Bair joined Kforce in 2003 as a leader for the National Champions team. Other previous roles include field producer, director and senior field leader. The Eastern Illinois University graduate has earned several internal awards for top production. Bair shares the firm’s passion for giving back to the community by supporting the American Heart Association and his local Need for Speed (ND4SPD) club, where individuals who share a passion for cars donate to organizations supporting children in need.
