As Chief Transformation Officer, Doug Rich is responsible for Kforce’s Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). This team operates at a strategic level to ensure enterprise programs are aligned to the firm’s overall vision and goals. Rich joined the firm in 1999 and served in various senior leadership positions. This experience gives him a deep understanding of the firm that enables him to outline goals and organize strategy to ensure the appropriate prioritization and execution.
Rich played an integral role in the development and rollout of Kforce Reimagined, an initiative that evaluated where and how work is done in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This effort resulted in the firm’s office-occasional operating model. He prides himself on living out the firm’s core values daily, most notably, integrity and fun. Rich is a 2015 Dick Maddock Award recipient. This award is presented to the individual who best embodies the spirit of our firm.
Prior to joining Kforce, Rich spent eight years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. He is a board member for the Tampa Bay chapters of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and Junior Achievement. He earned a bachelor’s in journalism and mass communications from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
