Our role in protectingour environment
Although we are a people-focused solutions business with a low environmental impact, we continually seek ways to lessen our footprint.
Office Occasional®
Our technology-enhanced, remote-first work model continues to have a direct and meaningful effect on our environmental impact. This work model has resulted in a smaller real-estate footprint and decreases in business travel, in-office electricity usage and employee commutes. To learn more about office occasional's impact on the environment, see the Greenhouse Gas Emission section below.
Our long-term vision for office occasional includes continuing to shrink our square footage while offering cutting-edge technologies to connect remote and in-office work.
Our new headquarters in Midtown Tampa is LEED Silver and Fitwel certified.
Greenhouse gas emissions
Measuring progress is critical to minimizing our environmental impact. In 2025, we once again engaged a third-party to help us calculate our Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) for the calendar year and reported them in our 2025 sustainability report.
Our technology-enabled, hybrid work model, called Office Occasional®, continues to have a direct and meaningful effect on our environmental impact. It has successfully lowered our GHG emissions due to a smaller real-estate footprint, resulting in lower office electricity consumption and fewer employees commuting. Our overall real-estate footprint dropped nearly 40% in 2022 alone, after Office Occasional® was implemented.
We lease all our offices and take a strategic approach in designing and selecting locations. Our criteria for real-estate decisions include locations that carry clean energy designations, like LEED certifications, and ones that are purchasing renewable energy, resulting in renewable energy certifications. Our headquarters in Midtown Tampa is LEED Silver and Fitwel certified.
Embedding measurement and structure into our environmental efforts helps us chart a course for the future, identify areas of opportunity and make decisions that yield significant results.
