From our emerging leader program to our executive leadership team’s personal development goals, our programs help our associates grow their skills and find their unique path to success from the moment they join our firm through the most senior levels of their careers. To date, 84% of our leaders have participated in advanced leadership development. We invest in the tools, resources and trainings our people need to excel in all stages of their career. Newly hired field associates complete a new-hire learning journey within their first year and we encourage performance management and development discussions for all employees.
