Kforce’s managed service model transformed the client's compliance engineering function into a proactive, audit-ready operation. Key components of the solution included: Automation-driven compliance Introduced automation to streamline previously manual processes, enabling faster turnaround of compliance tasks and reducing the risk of human error. This included automating evidence collection, task tracking, and reporting across User Access Reviews (UAR) and Elevated Access Reviews (EAR) cycles. Audit-ready evidence management Executed a coordinated process to capture and organize audit trails from quarterly UARs and daily/biweekly EARs ensuring all access to production workloads are secure and well-documented. Evidence was attached to Azure DevOps for traceability, enabling auditors to easily verify compliance. Built custom workflow automation to optimize this process. Engineer enablement Developed a workflow to engage engineers directly, equipping them with tools and guidance to resolve compliance issues or provide necessary artifacts, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Flexible, collaborative engagement Provided the client with direct access to Kforce’s engineering team while maintaining a structured leadership model for performance oversight and daily task management. Hybrid delivery model Implemented a hybrid onshore/offshore model to support a continuous compliance workstream, ensuring global time zone coverage and operational efficiency.
