A leading global asset management firm sought a trusted immigration partner for referrals and visa remediation. Their internal recruiting team sourced candidates for active roles but lacked the capability to provide candidates with necessary immigration support.
The client's discontinuation of the corp-to-corp (C2C) channel, in which businesses engage independent contractors through their own corporations, also posed a challenge. By discontinuing this channel, they needed a trusted partner capable of providing and onboarding international professionals on a W-2 basis. Kforce built a collaborative relationship with the client's internal team, educating them about our high H-1B approval rating, exceptional green card program, proven visa remediation capabilities and participation in the government's E-Verify program. Because the client is not an E-Verify employer, they lacked a long-term solution for employees on F1 student visas. Kforce provided a solution through our expertise in working with the F1 OPT STEM extension, which allows eligible F1 visa holders with STEM degrees to extend their work authorization for an additional 24 months, and H-1B lottery path to a green card.
The client was looking for a partner committed to focusing on the vetting process and consistent delivery of high-quality candidates.
