This ambitious goal required simplifying their wholesale channels and overall e-commerce technology platform while also enhancing their direct-to-consumer personalization capabilities. Their investment in the Adobe Experience Cloud—specifically Adobe Target, Analytics and Audience Workbench— was the cornerstone of this transformation. These tools were selected to enable precise audience segmentation, real-time behavioral insights and dynamic content delivery across digital touchpoints. However, to fully realize the benefits of this investment, the Kforce team had to design and implement multiple critical integrations and modifications across the client’s website and mobile app.

Our engineering team developed and enhanced the client’s front-end framework, delivering intuitive, responsive and campaign-ready user interfaces. Collaborating closely with design teams, our engineers applied deep expertise across HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Kotlin, Swift, Next.js and core design principles to create clean and responsive web and mobile layouts. These front-end enhancements were built to support dynamic marketing campaigns, allowing teams to rapidly launch, test and iterate on content and experiences.
Kforce also addressed back-end API engineering services for both the client’s website and mobile app to integrate with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics. These integrations enabled data capture and consumption for experiments conducted by the client’s marketing teams, along with accelerating reporting cycles, improving data accuracy and unlocking deeper visibility into customer behavior. Kforce also delivered end-to-end data engineering services across the Adobe Experience Platform and assisted in the migration of marketing data into Databricks. This modern data infrastructure empowered marketing teams to make smarter, faster decisions and continuously optimize their strategies with confidence.
The work was delivered in a blended onshore/nearshore model to create connected consumer journeys on the client’s website, enable rapid experimentation with consumers and provide data-driven personalized experiences.
