A global computer and technology company had recently migrated to Adobe Experience Manager and needed help cleaning up thousands of brand, marketing, advertising, photography, film and design assets within its Data Asset Management (DAM).
Their internal brand central—which houses thousands of assets and brand guidelines for employees across 139 countries—lived on an outdated Sharepoint platform. Kforce provided guidance and support to this global brand through its migration by maintaining content, building and editing pages, and reorganizing its DAM.
Our engagement began by providing asset migration and management to AEM, their new CMS. This process included a current-state taxonomy review and recommendations, development of tagging schema and naming conventions, image tagging, and experts answering brand-related questions and requests in a help desk environment.
Today, we’ve increased our responsibilities to include the overall user experience design of the site, along with technical production, front-end development, back-end architecture and QA site support.

Kforce Consulting Solutions deployed eight digital experience experts to execute high priority asset and content management. The Kforce team developed workstreams for the DAM, site content and brand guidance.
Two brand experts, a site manager and a DAM manager worked as a coordinated unit to manage assets, create publishing guidelines, release new content, remove expired assets, update intranet pages and field questions through the Brand Central Help Center. They assessed the existing DAM environment and provided feedback and recommendations for process improvement.

• Tagged and cleaned up meta-data for approximately 5,000 assets
• Uploaded, removed and retired more than 1,500 assets
• Created content that yielded more than 10,000 page views in a single quarter
• Fielded nearly 500 requests in a quarter within the Brand Central Help Center
Results
Employees benefited from a more streamlined, organized and easily accessible brand central. Brand compliance and training both saw significant increases. Usage of the onboarding and training platform increased 200% in five months.
After a full year of deployment, the brand central recorded 2.1 million page views from 106,000 unique visitors, providing a consistent experience for all users and audiences.
The improved site experience that the Kforce team contributed to earned the brand central an Accessibility Grade B award, making it the most accessible internal site at the company and the lead in developing inclusive experiences and brand tools and assets that are accessible to everyone.
