Poorly organized internal data made it difficult for the client’s sales teams to create custom sales materials and maintain compliance within regulated sectors.
Kforce led a workshop that uncovered several interconnected challenges limiting the client’s sales efficiency and scalability. These issues extended beyond basic data access and required a more adaptive, AI-driven approach.
Fragmented internal data access
Sales teams struggled to locate and synthesize information spread across Snowflake, legacy systems and private databases, slowing down research and proposal development.
Increasing sales complexity in regulated markets
Operating across highly regulated sectors introduced additional compliance requirements, making it difficult to produce tailored yet regulation-compliant sales materials at speed.
Manual and inconsistent content creation
Sales associates relied heavily on manual processes to build pitches and RFP responses, resulting in inconsistent quality, duplicated effort and limited reuse of institutional knowledge.
Limited decision support for sellers
Existing tools offered little guidance on task prioritization or next-best actions, reducing sales associates’ ability to focus on the highest-value opportunities.
