Ember, our innovative Smart Combustion™ virtual assistant, combines extensive expertise with advanced digital technology to provide real-time recommendations to optimize burner and combustion system performance.
Energy Manager takes meter data, production data and other data sources to deliver deep, crystal-clear insights into energy spending, consumption and productivity. Taking energy analysis to the next level by gaining complete control that results in significant energy savings.
Tower View shows how close our customers tower is to its upper and lower operating limits as well as predicting which limit will be hit first. These operating limits can be calculated in real time through the Tower View application and fed back into the control system to improve decision making and increase tower optimization.
ZoloSCAN2 TDL technology provides real-time measurements of temperature, O2, CO and CH4 in strategic locations inside the fired heater or boiler. This actionable data can be used to increase throughput, efficiency and safety of combustion equipment.
Capabilities
Decades of domain expertise combined with the latest digital technology deliver unique connected solutions that enable customers to solve problems and improve operational areas such as yield, efficiency, reliability and safety.
Renewable Fuels & Diesel Koch Engineered Solutions, LLC (“KES”) can deliver a renewable fuels plant in less time and at a lower cost on a lump sum turnkey basis than our competitors. Additionally, KES can provide a secure, reliable source of feedstocks, offtake services, logistical coordination, and renewable fuels marketing via its affiliate companies.
Hydrogen Burner Fuel Technology Hydrogen is becoming more desirable as a fuel source for heaters. H , however, has some unique properties which lead to distinctive combustion characteristics. As a result, while hydrogen firing in conventional and ultra-low NOx burner technology is possible and solutions for firing 100% H exist and can be applied to existing heaters and boilers, a burner manufacturer with experience in hydrogen firing should always be consulted.
Bioethanol 1st and 2nd Generation KOCH ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS, LLC (“KES”) delivers customized, highly energy efficient and high quality bioethanol plants, equipment for thermal separation (e. g. column internals) and services. Leveraging the skills and knowledge of JULIUS MONTZ GmbH (“MONTZ”) regarding process design and thermal separation technology we are able to provide customers with favorable returns with reliable outcomes.
