To further highlight our product, we’re featuring bigger, bolder photography across the site. We’re leaning into stylized brand photography that elevates the merchandise and amplifies the “wow” factor. Not only does the website now expand the width of the page, but the product images are also larger across both the homepage and product pages.
Streamlining
department pages
For ease of navigation, the department pages (e.g. Beauty) were standardized across the site. Each features a header to clearly call out where you are on the site and a prominent lifestyle photo above the fold (meaning it doesn’t get cut off when you first land on the site). As the customer scrolls down to narrow their search, the department is further broken down into product categories (e.g. fragrances, makeup, skincare) which also feature larger product images and a more simplified layout. With hundreds of thousands of items on Kohls.com, having a streamlined look for each department page helps the customer find what they’re looking for.
Cross-shopping with collections
We’re encouraging cross-shopping across departments by inspiring customers with collections. In Women’s, for example, we’re giving customers ideas on how to style our most popular items. Plus, if a customer loves the whole look, they can easily add it to their cart.
A consistent experience across all of our channels — from mobile to desktop — takes the guesswork out of shopping for our customers. Customers can navigate our platforms seamlessly and find exactly what they are looking for, whether it’s that new pair of Nike sneakers they’ve been looking for or a reminder on the Kohl’s Cash they have available to spend.

Great value and convenience — it’s what customers love about Kohl’s. We’ve added offers in the new “promotion drawer” on Kohls.com, which keeps current coupons and Kohl’s Cash top of mind for our customers as they navigate through the digital experience. And Your Price functionality lets customers know exactly what they will spend on any item after their coupons and Kohl’s Cash have been added. If customers are looking to get an item fast, we'll let them know if the desired product is available at their local Kohl's store through our convenient Drive Up and Buy Online, Pick Up in Store offerings.
