Kay Du Fernandez leads the creation of innovative marketing strategies throughout the entire customer journey. Through digital disruption, brand awareness, a focus on customer experience, marketing communications and channel management, she works to improve the value we deliver to customers, partners and employees. Her responsibilities also encompass strategic business development and pricing to support sales efforts for Konica Minolta’s U.S. operations. Kay established the Step Forward Program at Konica Minolta to inspire women in professional excellence, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Books for Kids Foundation, the YWCA of Northern New Jersey, and on the Ocean Council for Oceana. Kay holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Patrick was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. in April 2021. In this role, he oversees the company’s North American Business Unit. He has been with Konica Minolta since 2011 in several roles including General Manager of the Corporate Strategy Department, Director of the Corporate Planning Division and Head of the IoT Business Center in the US, where he successfully drove business development.
Prior to joining Konica Minolta, Patrick was a principal at PRTM Management Consultants Japan, LLC, (now part of PWC consulting), where he led consulting projects for global high-tech, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies in such areas as corporate strategy, R&D management, and supply chain management. He worked at a major steel company from 1991 to 2005 in the IT division and Production Engineering. Patrick holds a B.A. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Tokyo and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Business School.

In this role she oversees all aspects of corporate finance, credit & collections, accounting, financial planning, analysis and reporting, tax, procurement, payroll, commissions, real estate, compliance, and M&A activities. Holly is also a Vice President of Konica Minolta Holdings USA, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Directors of Konica Minolta Business Solutions, USA, Inc. Holly graduated magna cum laude from Pace University with a B.B.A. in Accounting.

Sam Errigo oversees Konica Minolta’s North American Business Unit, driving its business and technology strategy to further the company’s digital transformation initiatives, strategic partnerships and business growth to ensure shareholder value. He leads efforts across the organization to support clients’ adoption of the Intelligent Connected Workplace, including managed IT services, intelligent information management and video security solutions, as well as other emerging services. Errigo has been featured as an author and subject matter expert in numerous industry publications throughout his career, and is best known for his insightful vision and ability to execute disruptive strategies that foster long-term growth. He is an Officer on the Board of Directors for Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc., and was recently named to The Modern Sale and Collective[i]’s list of the 2021 Top 100 Global Sales Leaders. Errigo earned his B.S. in Business Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

William E. Troxil is the President, Industrial and Production Print at Konica Minolta Business Solutions, U.S.A., Inc. His main responsibility is leading the company’s Industrial Print Channel, which encompasses Konica Minolta’s KM-1/KM-1e, UV Ink Jet, Label and MGI businesses, adding value beyond traditional print. Originally from Ohio, Bill graduated from The Ohio State University Fischer College of Business, and completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. Bill started his career at Konica Minolta, spending fourteen years in Leadership positions as the Corporate Vice President of National Accounts and GSA for the U.S. He went on to become President and Officer of Danka Office Imaging, and upon its merger with Konica Minolta in 2008, held the position of President and COO of the Direct Channel.

Vijay Raghavan
Vijay Raghavan works to drive strategies to accelerate Konica Minolta’s customer adoption of DX, and align the company’s organizational structure to meet long-term growth objectives. He is also responsible for emerging businesses, executing on new business investments that differentiate and grow Konica Minolta’s portfolio of solutions. Raghavan has a unique combination of experience in business development, product and management strategy, P&L management and technology management, including engineering and operations and global programs. He spearheaded emerging solutions at Motorola where he successfully created and led IoT/SaaS businesses. Raghavan held similar roles at Cisco and IGT and also brings key strategy experience from McKinsey & Company. His technical expertise spans cloud and SaaS, managed services, IoT, machine learning, analytics/big data and gaming. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, earned his MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and also completed post-graduate studies at Stanford University.

Throughout his professional career, he has held executive positions as a CIO, leading global product management and engineering teams, and driving customer experience initiatives across different business models and industries. Mike holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management from Clarkson University.

Velinda is a driving force for growth, brand building and digital reinvention, with extensive experience in technology, global business operations, sales and strategy. Known for employing innovative approaches to achieve desired business outcomes, she connects people, process and technology for significant financial and operational improvements to create change, evolution and transformation. Velinda recently received the European Transformation Award for a comprehensive sales engagement strategy she developed and rolled out to leadership. The program included an entire curriculum and mindset shift for leaders to become more customer centric. Velinda started with the company in 1995 as Vice President of Marketing and Sales Support at Danka Office Imaging and has held many senior executive positions in strategic sales as well as global roles.
