Ignite the
leader within
Embark Scholars program
Overview
The Embark Scholars program is a multi-year paid internship program focused on coaching and developing high performing students into KPMG leaders of tomorrow. The program consists of an eight-week internship featuring national training and rotations within KPMG’s Audit, Tax and Advisory practices. These rotations allow the Scholars to become students of the firm and will help them determine the group in which they are most interested to work as an intern the following summer if eligible to do so.
All Embark Scholars will be aligned to a cross functional network of individuals who will work collaboratively to ensure the Scholars engage with members across all Business Resource Groups within the firm.
To aid in relationship building and knowledge sharing across the Embark Scholars cohort, scholars are placed in virtual teams to work collaboratively on an assigned Capstone project throughout the course of the program as well as reflect on their experiences.
