Ignite the
leader within
Embark Scholars program
Overview
The Embark Scholars program is a multi-year paid internship program focused on developing high performing college students through a comprehensive and innovative learning experience, enhancing their professional skills, industry expertise, and preparing them to be KPMG's next generation of leaders. The program offers training and rotations within KPMG Audit, Tax and Advisory practices. These rotations enable Scholars to gain extensive knowledge about the firm and assist them in identifying the practice in which they are most interested in working with as interns the following summer, if eligible.
Every Embark Scholar will be connected to a cross-functional network of KPMG professionals who will work together to ensure the Scholars gain extensive exposure to the firm's wide range of opportunities. Additionally, Embark Scholars are organized into teams to work on a Capstone project throughout the program. This approach promotes relationship building, knowledge sharing, and helps them learn the importance of effective collaboration on projects.
KPMG is an equal opportunity employer and encourages all qualified students with interest in the program to apply.
