Anticipating & Mitigating Issues
There is no established process for proactively responding to common issues.
Using the immersive wall, you walked through possible journeys of employees that are relocating, from receiving their assignment to repatriating after their time abroad ends. At each stage of the journey, possible offerings were presented and the team worked together to determine their feasibility.

Research and Context Building: Many team members rely on GenAI to conduct rapid research on clients, companies, industries, and topics relevant to upcoming sessions. This includes creating thorough context briefs, company profiles, and gathering background information to get up to speed quickly.
Agenda and Objective Creation: GenAI is commonly used to design and iterate on session agendas, refine objectives and desired outcomes, and draft initial ideas to be discussed with account teams. This helps in structuring the timing and flow of sessions and scoping discussions proficiently.
Synthesis and Theming: The technology assists in synthesizing interview and survey data, distilling themes, summarizing notes, and organizing vast amounts of information from discovery calls, pre-session inputs, and stakeholder insights. This synthesis is crucial for creating coherent narratives and identifying key discussion points.
Ideation and Content Generation: GenAI supports ideation for new exercises, activities, and session designs. It helps generate verbiage for presentations, refine language for emails, and create starter texts and rough drafts for various communication materials, including strategic insights and experience profiles.
Facilitation and Planning: During the preparation phase, GenAI contributes to brainstorming and refining ideas for session facilitation. It provides suggestions for methods and exercises, supports planning activities, and assists with mapping out interview themes and key action points.

Live Vision Statement and Guiding Principles Generation: GenAI is frequently used to create and refine vision statements and guiding principles based on real-time inputs and discussions. This allows teams to immediately generate meaningful outputs that participants can react to and iterate on during the session.
Real-Time Synthesis and Theming: The technology is employed for the live synthesis of information and the theming of ideas. This includes transcribing session conversations, extracting key themes, summarizing notes, and consolidating large volumes of inputs into coherent narratives.
Future Headlines and Creative Visualizations: GenAI supports the creation of future headlines and visual imagery to enhance creative exercises. It helps in transforming client ideas into visual outputs such as magazine covers and movie posters, facilitating engaging and interactive sessions.
Support for Exercises and Activities: GenAI is used to enhance various session activities, from icebreakers to complex ideation exercises. It can provide responses to questions, help brainstorm solutions, and facilitate the development of content and exercises.
Showcasing Capabilities and Prototyping: Some sessions involve demonstrating the capabilities of GenAI to clients, showing how it can be integrated into their workflows to enhance efficiency. This may involve using AI to assist in co-presenting, generating live prompts for solution prototyping, or reflecting real-time session changes.
Note-taking and Transcription: GenAI assists with note-taking and transcription during sessions, especially useful during virtual meetings or when capturing detailed conversations. This helps ensure that no critical information is missed and provides an accurate record of the discussions.
Debrief Preparation and Synthesis: GenAI is heavily used in preparing debrief decks and creating executive summaries. This includes synthesizing session outputs, creating first draft debrief materials, refining language, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of content. Tasks involve summarizing session notes, extracting key themes, and organizing content efficiently.
Theming and Content Editing: Team members leverage GenAI to extract, flesh out, and edit key themes from session outputs such as stickies, board photos, and notes. This aids in summarizing information and organizing content for debriefs and further analysis, ensuring readability and conciseness.
Transcription and Summarization: GenAI assists in transcribing handwritten notes, stickies, and board images quickly, converting them to digital formats. This helps in producing meeting summaries, key takeaways, action items, and insights from sessions.
Content Creation and Asset Development: Beyond textual analysis, GenAI aids in generating visual assets and drafting various communication materials. This includes creating images for debrief decks, drafting qualitative analyses, and supporting the creation of session briefs and newsletters.
Document and Content Creation: GenAI assists in drafting and revising various types of content such as emails, documents, articles, and presentations. This includes creating multiple versions of the same content tailored to different audiences, drafting marketing materials, and generating first drafts for various purposes.
Research and Information Gathering: GenAI helps in conducting quick research, gathering information from dispersed sources, and synthesizing data. This includes finding qualifications, previous session agendas, and other relevant information quickly, aiding in project preparation and staying informed on various topics.
