I need help with my Membership, who should I contact?
How do playoff tickets work?
Full and Half Season Members receive their seat locations for all Kings home playoff games. Members who continue their Membership for the following season receive the steepest discount. Payments are done with “Pay-As-We-Play”, so Members conveniently don’t have to deal with refunds or buying tickets for games that don’t happen. Shortly after clinching the playoffs, Members will be charged for the guaranteed games and receive those tickets. As the Kings advance and confirm additional home games, Members pay for those tickets and receive them without having to opt-in, wait in line etc. Similarly, Quarter Season Members will be assigned one playoff game per round. That game is dependent upon their plan type.
In February, all Members receive their pricing information for the subsequent season and playoffs. Should a Member not want to purchase playoffs, they can opt out of the entire package during the 30-day opt-out period that ends in March.
