Monica Blanco brings eight years of land development design experience, working on a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout the Southeast. Monica relocated from Fort Lauderdale to support the Charlotte office opening, grow the practice, and better serve Langan clients in the region.
Michael Semeraro is Managing Principal of the Charlotte office and responsible for overseeing Langan’s overall expansion in the Southeast. He provides strategic planning and guidance for the growing office.

Our Charlotte Team
Nate Burns is a trusted landscape architect and sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience. His expertise ranges from multi-family residential buildings and healthcare campuses to open space planning and urban revitalization projects. Nate relocated from Pennsylvania to help grow the office and expand Langan’s landscape architecture practice in the Southeast.
Greg has over 30 years of experience in Site/Land Development and has coordinated the design, management and construction of various complex projects throughout multiple states. He has handled all aspects of project management on numerous commercial, residential, industrial and energy related projects for local and national clients. Greg provides executive leadership of the Charlotte office.

Keith oversees all land development projects for the Carolinas. He has over 25 years of experience providing plans for industrial/distribution developments and oversees the overall design and permitting related to these projects. Keith assists clients in the early stages of their projects by identifying critical development issues in the conceptual/feasibility phases and ensures project schedules are kept on track.
