By establishing Langan as a carbon-neutral company in 2018, we joined the growing ranks of organizations around the globe that are holding themselves accountable for the carbon they produce and doing something to combat it. We continually work to reduce our carbon footprint by implementing green office operations, adding Langan offices with LEED certification or other green design recognition, providing sustainable design services on client projects, promoting environmental citizenship in our communities, tracking carbon offsets through our partner at Carbonfund.org, and countless other ways internally and externally.
PAPER
REDUCTION
Reduction in paper usage is an important aspect of Langan’s sustainability program. Paper reduction not only reduces deforestation and its associated pollution, but also reduces the amount of ink used and energy consumption. Based on these environmental and financial benefits, paper use reduction continues to be a significant focus of Langan’s corporate sustainability program.
