Professional services firms love frameworks. The COVID-19 pandemic has given them the opportunity to roll out an impressive array of frameworks and imperatives and navigators and scenarios in an attempt to make sense of a chaotic situation. Some firms have more than one, depending on the sector or function.
As you will see, there’s considerable overlap in nomenclature among the competing frameworks.
