Integrity
Integrity to me means that you always strive to make the best decision whether that be ethically or morally, you represent yourself and the work you do as honest and reliable. - Rachel
Inclusion is about creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected and enabled to reach their full potential. - Anne-Marie
Working with great teams and really celebrating our differences to allow us to best use our unique skill sets. - Mick
Inclusion means treating everybody in my team or even my children the same! No secrets, just honest information to help shape and make decisions for us all. - Angela
For me, integrity is about being transparent and doing the right thing, even when it seems difficult. I try to keep in mind that any awkwardness at the time is worth it in the long term (and often in the short term too, as a clear conscience lets me have better sleep!). - Fiona
For me, inclusion means everyone feels equally welcome, respected, supported and able to thrive; to really be themselves and not feel the need to change to fit in. I’m fortunate to see this in action every day in my team. - Fiona
Innovation to me means doing something differently, approaching a scenario with a different mindset and constantly looking at ways to improve. I don’t directly associate innovation with big ground breaking ideas but I do apply it in small doses to both my work and personal life. For example, whether it’s altering my approach to email management to make it work better for me or simply reorganising my fridge so the chocolate is on a more easy to reach shelf. To me innovation is any change which brings value (with chocolate being easy to reach the best value you could wish for!) - Catherine
Innovation – diversity means going against the grain, and brings new perspective which drives growth. - Yvonne
Agility means to me to be able to expertly juggle the day to day activities and tasks from looking after my god children, socialising, watching football, spending quality time with my loved ones and being able to balance hectic work schedule and priorities on a daily basis. - Kane
Agility to me is the ability we have as a business to adapt to the operating environment so that we can continue to reach our business objectives, whilst developing our people as well. - Silka
Finding a solution by engaging team members and stakeholders – everyone has something to offer. - Edwina
Collaboration to me means knowing how and when to consider other opinions, thoughts, and advice from others. Learning from each other we can fill in the gaps of our own knowledge and experience to grow both personally and professionally. If we are strong on our own, just imagine how strong we can be if we combine our strengths? - Rachel
Commitment to me is – working to achieve your goal(s) despite any difficulties and challenges you experience along the way. It is about adapting and being persistent, to achieve what you set out to do whilst still doing it in the right way. - Karen
I’m no longer in uniform, but I remain steadfastly committed to supporting our customer UK Defence, be it at home or overseas. - Edwina
Facing enormous challenges presented by certain projects and simply coming back each day and dealing with the issues and making progress, however small. - Giles
Commitment to me means that you take on whatever role you hold and you perform to the best of your ability, showing enthusiasm towards your goals and tasks. - Rachel
With over 1000 individuals in the UK and over 33000 worldwide, we have the possibility to create something greater than the sum of our parts – we just need to grasp the opportunity. Don’t be afraid to speak up and reach out. You’ll find likeminded colleagues ready to listen and work together. - Steven
Collaboration for me, means working efficiently across functions, sharing our knowledge & resources, which enables us to achieve our goals. - Joanne

Integrity to me means that you always strive to make the best decision whether that be ethically or morally, you represent yourself and the work you do as honest and reliable.
Integrity is about making your first duty to the truth, and to what is right, and having the ethical and moral strength to stand firm in that duty, without fail.
Inclusion is about creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, respected and enabled to reach their full potential.
Inclusion is providing, maintaining and protecting an environment where everyone feels empowered to be everything they can be, and where everyone feels nurtured and confident that their voice matters, is heard, and is valued.
Inclusion means treating everybody in my team or even my children the same! No secrets, just honest information to help shape and make decisions for us all.
To me, inclusion is creating a safe space for EVERYONE, regardless of background, race, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, etc. Building that safe space allows us to share our similarities and celebrate our differences. I believe we all have things to learn to be better human beings and we all have something to teach.

Collaboration, in its truest sense, is working with someone to learn from them, be accessible for them to learn from you, and to combine your ideations to create something that is greater than the sum of its parts.
