Comprehensive Monitoring of Imports and Exports
Ahead of arrival into the port, the shipment manifest along with export documents are automatically sent to the port’s Control and Command centre. Our Common Viewer software solution has been specifically designed to leverage the existing infrastructure to increase efficiency, lower resource costs, and extend the life of legacy, multi-vendor screening systems.
Our VACIS® IR6500 system is a powerful solution for inspecting railcars and on rail cargo containers in high-volume operations. The X-ray imaging and radiation scanning help security personnel intercept concealed weapons, nuclear material, and other contraband. With its high throughput and small footprint, the system is well suited to the practical challenges of real-world operations.
Fast & Effective Threat Detection at Scale
Our screening solutions leverage low dose X-ray screening mechanisms and advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to automatically identify potential threats, enabling customs and law enforcement inspectors to clear and process rail containers efficiently from remote locations.
Effective Remote Monitoring Technology
Our wide and tall rail EXPLORANIUM SRPM-210 radiation portal monitor (RPM) uses advanced, passive scanning technology to detect, locate, and categorize illicit nuclear material, nuclear weapons, improvised nuclear devices, special nuclear material (SNM), and radiological dispersal devices (‘dirty bombs’). The system is designed to automatically categorise and exclude from further screening natural occurring radioactive materials (NORM) to maintain an effective checkpoint throughput.

We developed a variety of VACIS® systems to meet the needs of various government agencies, such as fixed portal systems for high-volume border crossings, mobile systems for seaports and airports, military units on Humvees, and rail systems. All systems reliably inspect cargo contents transported on trucks, in passenger vehicles, cargo containers, and parcels.

Advanced Inspection Screening Systems
Our VACIS IP6500 cargo inspection system combines high-energy X-ray imaging with an optional integrated radiation scanning and equipment identification system to help authorities inspect containers for nuclear material, weapons, hazardous material, contraband, undeclared cargo, and other items of interest. With a high throughput of a 150 vehicles per hour, small footprint, low radiation dose, and easy installation, the VACIS IP6500 is ideal for seaports, terminals, border crossings, and other busy cargo transit facilities.
Fast and Effective Screening Technologies
Our VACIS® MP6500 Mobile X-Ray inspection system uses medium-dose, dual-energy X-ray to scan trucks, cargo containers, cars and other vehicles. The system scans while stationary or in motion and can even scan occupied vehicles. Detailed, color-coded images help inspectors locate weapons, explosives, drugs, undeclared cargo, and other contraband. The versatile system allows for rapid redeployment and supports secondary non-intrusive inspection (NII) scanning to confirm results of primary scans of suspicious cargo.
Versatile Mobile Inspection Screening
Our screening solutions leverage low dose X-ray screening mechanisms and advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to automatically identify potential threats, enabling customs and law enforcement inspectors to clear and process containers efficiently from remote locations.

Our VACIS® XPL system uses non-intrusive x-ray to scan passenger cars and other light vehicles to detect small and larger weapons, explosives, drugs and other threats. The system is paired with a vehicle identification system that informs the customs officers of suspicious vehicles identified via prior law enforcement controls. VACIS® XPL scans entire vehicles bumper to bumper in seconds from the top-down while in motion. The Mobility Option enables fast relocation of the system with no disassembly.
Non-Intrusive X-Ray Inspection Systems
Our wide and tall rail EXPLORANIUM SRPM-210 radiation portal monitor (RPM) uses advanced, passive scanning technology to detect, locate, and categorize illicit nuclear material, nuclear weapons, improvised nuclear devices, special nuclear material (SNM), and radiological dispersal devices (‘dirty bombs’). Cutting Edge Radiation Detection
Our VACIS® XPL Plaza system is a unique, high-throughput, plaza-style inspection solution with a unique scanning technology. It scans entire passenger cars, light trucks and vans, and small buses from bumper to bumper and roof to tires (including occupants), enabling each system to scan hundreds of vehicles per hour to help security personnel at multi-lane border checkpoints search for weapons, explosives, drugs, undeclared goods, and other suspicious items..

When suspicious POVs (Passenger Occupied Vehicles) are identified, they are diverted to a secondary lane for an additional VACIS® XPL system scan. Based on the result of the second can, customs officers will either release the vehicle and its occupants or proceed with interdiction.
