The project supports local communities with eco-friendly energy. It:
has a capacity of 86 megawatts, providing clean renewable energy to power the equivalent of 35,000 homes
is set to displace 18,400 tonnes of CO2 emission per annum*
has two Purchase Power Agreements, helping to avoid the volatility of traditional markets, seeking greater predictability in costs for the consumer.
Our investment also launched the Pajuperänkangas Community Benefit Fund that supports community-led projects across 10 villages within the Haapajärvi municipality.
