In our first Mace Operate Workplace Survey Report of the post-pandemic era, we reached out to our global network of corporate real estate professionals to gather insights around what’s changed since our last survey, how they’ve adapted to the new normal, what has been effective in terms of encouraging return to the workplace, and how employers and employees now see the workplace as a place to fulfil their purpose.
About this report
As the workplace is redefined to be versatile, to support wellbeing, collaboration and employee experience, employer and employee respondents reported many shared views.
Almost half of those surveyed expect to work in the office for two or more days per week and, whilst data is being used to help more effectively manage space, there are opportunities highlighted by our survey results to take technology further and deliver exceptional workplace experiences.
