PaperCity Philanthropy in Fashion Best Dressed Luncheon
Celebrating its 44th year, the Best Dressed Luncheon has raised more than $20 million dollars to directly support March of Dimes local programs to ensure all moms and babies are healthy, regardless of race, geography or income. Best Dressed Honorees are nominated by past honorees and members of the Best Dressed Hall of Fame. Hall of Fame members are three-time honorees.
The honoree Announcement Party was held on April 21 at Neiman Marcus Houston.
