CREATE YOUR OWN EVENT
Fight for the health of all moms and babies by hosting your own Topgolf Fore Families DIY experience between October 1–December 31, 2022! Bring your family, friends, colleagues and neighbors together to enjoy a fun-filled evening of golf, food and drink, games, prizes and socializing at any of the state-of-the-art Topgolf venues nationwide—all while improving maternal and infant health.
How it works:
1. Find a location
Check to see what Topgolf locations are near you at: https://topgolf.com/us/locations/
2. Purchase your Topgolf experience
Two full bays (6 golfers per bay) per Topgolf location must be purchased through March of Dimes to initiate
a new Topgolf Fore Families experience.
The cost is $3,000 to start a new experience (12 golfers, $250 per golfer) and includes food, non-alcoholic beverages and three hours of golf within the March of Dimes Top Contender Virtual Tournament.
Once two bays are reserved at a specific Topgolf location, single bays for 6 golfers ($1,500 per bay, $250 per golfer) may be added to the experience as availability allows.
3. Availability and confirmation
Topgolf Fore Families events are based upon availability at the Topgolf location selected. We encourage participants to schedule their experience on Thursday, November 17, 2022, in honor of World Prematurity Day. However, other dates can be scheduled based on availability through Dec. 31, 2022.
Each week March of Dimes will confirm new reservations with our national account manager.
We’ll either send a final confirmation to the lead on the reservation if bays are available or we will reach out personally to select an alternate date or process a refund if bays aren’t available.
4. Tee up and have fun
Arrive at your selected Topgolf location on the confirmed date and time between October 1 and December 31 and enjoy a fun-filled experience with your on-site friends and family and other March of Dimes Topgolf supporters virtually from coast to coast!
