Susan Morgan Bailey is a high energy leader with more than 25 years of experience in health, benefits and education settings. In her role as Senior Vice President, Culture & Wellbeing Practices Leader at Marsh & McLennan Agency, she calls upon her experience to help organizations build sustainable business via supportive cultures that empower individuals to thrive. Prior to joining MMA, Susan consulted on and led culture and wellbeing initiatives in a variety of settings from manufacturing to healthcare. Susan is a Certified CultureTalk™ Partner, a Certified Deep Transformational Coach, SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified and holds a BS in Education and a MS in Health Promotion. Recognized for her passion and enthusiasm, she is on a mission to elevate the vibe on planet earth by helping others live high energy, purpose-focused lives!

Megan Patterson
Culture & Well-being Manager
Joining Marsh McLennan Agency in 2018 as a Culture and Wellbeing Consultant, Megan has more than 10 years of experience in corporate health and wellbeing. She brings to her role experience strategizing, developing, planning, implementing, marketing, and evaluating health and wellbeing programs. Prior to joining the MMA team, Megan was a Health Promotion Specialist and Client Relations Specialist working with clients from a variety of industries including schools, hospitals, manufacturers, banks, and other corporations. She later worked as an Onsite Wellness Coordinator for an organization with 3,000 employees spread out over 50 locations in multiple states.
Megan is an Iowa farm girl who has fallen in love with Detroit. She loves anything that gets her outdoors, such as social sports like volleyball and softball, biking, and camping. She also enjoys crafting, playing board games, and exploring Detroit.

Nicole Bennion
Culture & Well-being Consultant
Joining Marsh McLennon Agency in 2022 as a Culture & Wellbeing Consultant, Nicole brings 10 years of corporate wellness experience spanning from a trucking company in Des Moines, Iowa to a locally owned grocery store chain in Salt Lake City, Utah. She worked together with these companies to help build and grow their wellness programs to be more inclusive, reach more team members and incorporate well-being into the culture of the organization.
Nicole graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Health Promotions, Wellness Management and a minor in Business Administration from Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa. She is an experienced trainer and workshop facilitator, leading seminars in topics such as Office Yoga or Mindful Eating. An advocate for family well-being, Nicole led the establishment of a new parental leave program to enable new parents time to bond with their newborn children. During her employment in Salt Lake, she contributed in winning the Worksite Wellness Platinum award for two years and was part of the Utah Worksite Wellness Council where she served as a committee member.
