Your new Claims and
Digital Wellness Centre
Victor Central is your new, digital health platform, where you have access to key health services all in one place, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP), telemedicine and digital pharmacy services. It’s a single sign-on approach, so you no longer need to sign in to separate sites for each of these health services. Note that these new health services will be available on the Victor Central mobile app starting on November 22, 2023. The Victor Central mobile app will replace the Victor Now mobile app.*
We will be continuing to offer the same telemedicine service powered by Maple—just with a new integrated look and feel. Again, you no longer need to sign in to a separate site after you have linked or created your Maple credentials for the first time on Victor Central.

Access claims and key health services via Victor Central
STEP 1
Sign into the Victor GB Connect portal:
victorinsurance.ca/gbconnect
Starting on November 22, 2023, plan members can access their new health services via the Victor Central mobile app. With the same great features as the Victor Central desktop application, it’s accessible anytime, anywhere. The Victor Central mobile app replaces the Victor Now mobile app.
Note: Plan members who have not yet registered for Victor Central will have to register before they can use the Victor Central mobile app.
STEP 3
Once on Victor Central, view claims and health services available to you. With single sign-on, you no longer need to sign in to separate sites for these services.

Click on the button for Victor Central – Claims & Digital Wellness Centre.
