The University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia becomes McCarthy's first hospital project in the Southeast.

The McCarthy Team completes multiple Kaiser Permanente projects in and around the Atlanta area.

The Habersham County Medical Center expansion is completed by the McCarthy team in Demorest, Georgia.

The Sara Lee Slab Cookie Line project was completed in Forest Park, Georgia.

Willy’s Mexicana Grill Build out was completed in Atlanta, Georgia, bringing the joy of tacos to Atlanta’s population.
2003
McCarthy’s Southeastern project team completes the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Central Utility Plant in Atlanta, Georgia. A relationship that would soon blossom two years later with the completion of the Emerging Infections Diseases lab.
2005
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Emerging Infectious Diseases Lab is completed in Atlanta, one of only eight BSL-4 labs in North America.

McCarthy is proud to have constructed a new landmark for the city, two large steel canopies now lovingly adorn the busy airport, ready for travelers to instantly recognize.
