Our community impact program, Heart Hats, is personal. It’s about time, passion, and a commitment to making a difference. It is truly incredible what we can accomplish when we come together for our communities and give back to those in need.
Historically in the Southwest, we volunteer more than 5,000 hours per year and donate more than $65,000 to local charities.

2025-2027 | Ryan House & Arizona Bleeding Disorders
Ryan House was founded in 2004 with the support of St. Luke's Health and Hospice of the Valley to provide a loving community for children and their families by offering a much-needed break from 24/7 caregiving, as they navigate life-limiting or end-of-life journeys.
Each child can receive up to 28 days of overnight stays per year, at no cost, with the goal of making the respite experience feel more like home than a hospital. Nurses and staff provide 24-hour care for children staying at the house, while parents can take a step back to rejuvenate or focus on other family needs.
Additionally, Ryan House partners with Hospice of the Valley to provide a loving end-of-life experience as the only hospice facility for children in Arizona.
Through our partnership with Ryan House...
We could directly benefit the Sponsor-a-Stay Program and Child Life Program, providing overnight respite care and a home-away-from home experience.
Ryan House aims to support 300 children, their siblings, and their families in 2025, adding life to each child’s years rather than simply years to the child’s life.

Welcome
Arizona Bleeding Disorders (AZBD) has been serving Arizona families and individuals affected by bleeding disorders such as hemophilia and von Willebrand disease since 1967. This volunteer-based organization works to improve the quality of life for these individuals through providing support, education, and targeted advocacy to ensure affordable medical coverage throughout Arizona.
AZBD’s largest support event is Camp H.O.N.O.R. which provides children experiencing bleeding disorders and their families to have a full summer camp experience with key medical support on site and educational experiences for all family members. Children learn how to self-infuse their medication while siblings learn how to assist in a moment of crisis.
Through our partnership with AZBD...
We are consulting with AZBD on a hands-on outdoor renovation project to support programming. Their outdoor deck is in need of a refresh to incorporate durable, weather-protected materials. We will also explore renovating the storage and bathroom facilities in the backyard casita to include key ADA accessibility upgrades and open up space for indoor events.
