The road map was defined starting with maturing three plays to support an e-commerce platform refresh and drive a digital growth imperative.
Stage 1: Strategy phase prioritized e-commerce and data and analytics capabilities to drive incremental growth (1).

Stage 3: Technology operating model was transitioned to a product and platform organization (2) to ensure customer-centric evolution of digital offerings enabled by product managers. Data talent war rooms (4) were set up to attract best-in-class analytics talent and enable upskilling of existing analytics and marketing subject-matter experts.
