I am a current user of Meltwater, and I like that it tracks both web hits as well as broadcast hits. I also like that
it has a scoring factor for publications, so that you can track the truest impact of each placement, rather than just raw totals. The customer service is also superb. Any question that I have, my account manager is always willing to brainstorm with me either over Zoom or through email, and the chat function is also incredibly supportive. It is a fantastic monitoring tool, and if you work with your account manager, can be a very great data collection tool as well.

I think their social listening software is some of the best out there. Their reporting and widgets are great and pretty easy to set up. Their support is quick and responsive. I have also used Cision, and I felt Meltwater's online clips come in much faster and cover more outlets.
