Microfluidics-based, disposable cartridges enable gentle deposition of cells and prevent cross contamination of samples. Cells are loaded into the printer via hand pipetting into the cartridges. Single cells are then dispensed gently from the nozzle of the cartridge into the microplate, resulting in an average of 75% cell viability post deposition.
