Your tracked rates will be available to view from your dashboard. If the currency pair you are tracking reaches the rate you selected, you will be notified by email and/or SMS.

Click ‘Track Rate’ and you will be able to see this new rate notification.

Then select how long you want to track the rate for. You can even select a custom date.

Pick how to be told about your rate, by email and/or SMS.

Choose what the exchange rate needs to reach for you to be notified.

Create a new rate notification by entering the amount you want to either buy or sell.

Click on ‘Track A Rate’ on your overview. Here you can see rate notifications of rates you are already tracking.

You can set your account so you or your colleagues can approve payments before they are sent. We can tailor this to your needs, with multiple approvers or approvers over certain limits. Speak to our customer services team if you would like to set up bespoke approval settings.

Click on ‘Tasks’ on your overview. Here you can see any outstanding payments which need your approval or payments which need others approvals.
You can also delete any recipients which you no longer need.

If you need to edit the details you have saved, you will need to delete the existing recipient and re-add them

Click ‘Save’ when you’re done.

If you’re adding a new recipient, complete the form. These details will be saved for future payments.

Click on ‘Recipients’ from your overview. Here you can view and delete your existing recipients and add new ones too.

You will then be directed to review your payment before sending. Once you are satisfied, click ‘Confirm’.

You can set up a single payment by confirming, or if you have more than one, you can add another payment to be sent.

Enter the amount you would like to send and select a date of payment. Please note the payment dates are filtered per currency.

Or if you are paying them for the 1st time, click add new button. Enter their details into the form. More information on doing this is in later section of this PDF guide.

Click into “Find a recipient” where you can select your recipient. Or you can start typing their account name to narrow your search.

Click on ‘Send A Payment’ on your overview. If you have previously sent a payment to a recipient, the details will be stored. Enter the recipient’s name by the magnifying glass to search or click add new button.

How we protect our client's funds
Once confirmed, you can return to your overview where you can check the exchange in your pending transactions.

Select when you’d like to settle (Value date), how you’d like to settle, the reason for trade and your own reference for the transaction.

The exchange rate you’re receiving will be displayed.

Select the correct currency pairing for your transaction.

Enter the amount of currency you “want” or “have”.

Once your funds arrive in your account, they will be displayed on your overview. You can now use those funds to buy currency or send a payment.

Alternatively, you can add GBP (only) to your account with a debit card.

If you are adding a different currency, just select the correct currency from the drop down and the details will update.

If you choose to add funds via bank transfer, please include your CK reference.

Click on ‘Add Funds’ in your dashboard. Input the amount you want to add, and choose a payment method.
