On March 21st, Mortenson team members rocked mismatched and colorful socks to raise awareness on World Down Syndrome Day! March 21st is the 21st day of the 3rd month, representing the triplication of the 21st chromosome, the cause of Down syndrome. Team members enjoyed having fun while bringing awareness to an important cause.

Over the course of two weeks in February, three Mortenson teams hosted blood drives to help meet the critical need for blood. In Minneapolis, Denver, and our Eagle Mountain project (Utah), team members donated a collective 95 units of blood. Thank you to our team members for their ongoing commitment to donating!

During Women in Construction week, two of our solar teams created the opportunity to give back to their local community! They teamed up and helped Waco Compassion Women's Shelter stock up on much-needed items. The shelter expects donations will last the next 6 months! Team members were honored to pave the path for women to feel supported.
