Our Partnerships

Across our projects, we seek out diverse partnerships with community organizations that support the under-represented. We join, partner, sponsor and volunteer with many national and regional organizations committed to championing DEI efforts in the construction industry.

ACE Mentorship

is one of our biggest investments. Through the program we introduce high school students to a variety of careers in design and construction and provide numerous annual 'externships' and scholarships to those that finish the program.

Increasing the awareness of this program is vital to continuing the impact that the ACE Mentor Program has on today’s high-schoolers and tomorrow’s leaders.

Raising Awareness, Recruiting Mentors, Developing Leaders

We support the ACE Mentor Program across our company. Here's some recent highlights:

In 2023, the ACE Mentor Program in Utah admitted 85 high school students interested in pursuing careers in construction.
