Programme Graduation
Once you have completed your programme modules, you’ll have all the skills necessary and will be ready to apply for your first role.
You’ll end the programme with a graduation ceremony.

During your sales assignment, you will be completing a marketing or Commercial Project on top.
During the programme you will be given the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and commercial teams all whilst putting into practice the knowledge you have acquired during your sales assignment.

The sales assignment will give you all the skills to advance your career in sales and marketing.
During this module, you will be assigned to either On-Trade (bars, cafés and restaurants) or Off-Trade (independent retailers, supermarkets).
You will be working on the frontline
of our world-famous brands, finding
new customers or maintaining
existing relations, negotiating with businesses and selling our brands
in innovative ways.
Over the course of your programme, you will be given training on negotiation skills, leadership skills to make sure that you are equipped with the right skills
in the field.
Your progress over this module will be measured with weekly targets.

Third Week
You will start at our global headquarter in Leuven, Belgium, where you will get a high level overview of the company and a global picture of our zone (Europe). You will also have the opportunity to meet our VPs, directors and management committee.
This will be the Sales Inspirational Week. Also based at global headquarter in Leuven, Belgium, you will be exposed to various selling techniques to learn from and get to know our amazing brands.
The final week will happen in your local market and is designed to give you an overview of the market you will be based at and working in going forward.
Your program starts with three weeks of induction.
