Prior to joining Cambridge Savings Bank in 2020, Katie spent 25 years in executive leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield, Neighborhood Health Plan and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare driving strategy to execution, diversifying business lines, leading operations, sales, product, customer service, and customer experience.
Katie has served as a formal mentor and champion for up and coming female leaders for the last decade. In addition, she has served as an executive sponsor of a young professionals network, and is passionate about giving back in her community.
Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire and holds several leadership designations, including Women Unlimited LEAD, Boston College Executive Leadership for Change, Boston Chamber Leadership Development Program, and the AHIP Executive Leadership Program Fellow designation.

He’s not only passionate about customer-driven innovation, he’s built and led digital strategy, CX, market research, and digital analytics businesses and teams.
Chris got his start driving digital innovation at a startup that launched the first digital offering to combine investing and cash management. He went on to create digital benchmarks still used by banks and insurers today, advise on redesigns on three continents, and support banks transforming their distribution channels. As a banking leader, he co-founded a fintech accelerator that's facilitated over 100 engagements, rebuilt a digital analytics team, and developed the digital transformation strategy that resulted in a cloud-native, API-driven system of engagement powered by devops teams working in agile.
James Slocum

James is Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer for OneUnited Bank. He has been with the bank for over 9 years and through his leadership, OneUnited Bank is able to leverage state-of-the-art technology to provide quality services to our customers. He is responsible for supporting the bank’s nationwide communications and maximizing operational efficiency through the use of technology. He also serves as the Privacy Officer for the Bank. James has over 10 years of experience developing, integrating and supporting enterprise solutions. In 2015, David joined a fast growing, high energy team at Flywire, a successful Boston based mid stage FinTech helping to build, execute and lead a go to market strategy in healthcare for this rapidly growing cross border payments company.
This continued digital journey built on David's unique global experience which now includes acquiring and integrating a US tech start-up, executing on a disruptive and innovative FinTech growth strategy through to leveraging the breadth of a global financial services institution.
