Deployment Strategy
Initial Customer Session
We sit down with the drilling engineer and supervisor to review the DWOP (activity goals) and identify key objectives for workflow integration. SmartPLAN then designs the well program and sets up notifications, documentation, SOP and access to all accounts.
Collaborate with Rigline 24/7 technicians to install the latest SmartPLAN version, and grant access to all accounts
Rig Install
We set up an in-person training with the Drilling Team to ensure they know how to use SmartPLAN followed by competency assessments and ensure continuous support through the ROC.
SmartPLAN® Builder
We will set up a four-hour session with each crew to ensure all drillers and rig mangers are on the same page
Crew Training
Crew Utilization
The driller has the ability to complete, skip, or add SmartPLAN tasks. The tasks sync with Toursheet, tracking the time each task takes. If any issues arise, we offer ongoing 24hr support through Rigline.
Review the status real time of the well performance benchmark against targets to see if they were achieved. Availability of dashboards and reports for performance monitoring. Closing the loop gathering best practices and lessons learned and feeding back to the Well Planning team or software.

SmartPLAN leverages data from any digital well program and automatically transforms it into a Driller's Roadmap, facilitating the digital execution of a predetermined sequence of activities. This process is then converted into a toursheet report, streamlining workflows, and utilizing cloud and edge technology for data consistency, integrity, live-streaming, and high availability. The software offers a user interface with widgets and graphs for easy KPI visualization. By gathering customer data, SmartPLAN defines, creates, and shares editable sequence templates with rig planning personnel. Once validated and activated by authorized personnel, the template is compiled as a rig action plan and distributed to rigs leveraging database replication technology.
