Frank Jaehnert is the former CEO of Brady Corporation (NYSE), an international manufacturer of Identification Solutions from 2003 until 2013. Before that he served as its CFO and as a divisional President.
Prior to that he held various positions at Robert Bosch. He serves on the Boards of Nordson (NASDAQ), Itron (NASDAQ), NMLP, and NACD Chicago. He is an NACD Certified Director and a 2020 NACD Directorship 100 Honoree. He was a winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2008, and has served as a regional, national and world judge of the program for many years.

Zarcone currently serves on four corporate boards, CDW, Cigna Corporation, The Duchossois Group, and Quinnox, and previously served on the board of The Jones Group. She also serves on the national board of the Smithsonian Institution and is the recently retired President and CEO of The Economic Club of Chicago. She previously served as the President of Harley-Davidson Financial Services (HDFS). Zarcone also led the formation of Eaglemark Savings Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of HDFS, and served as its Chairman and President.

Major General Elder Granger, M.D. US Army retired is currently the President and CEO of THE 5Ps, LLC, a health care, education, and leadership consulting organization in Centennial, CO and is a 2022 NACD Directorship 100 Honoree. Before he retired from the U.S. Army on July 1, 2009, MG Granger served as the Deputy Director and Program Executive Officer of the TRICARE Management Activity, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs), Washington, DC, from December 2005 to May 2009. In this role, he was the principal advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) on DOD health plan policy and performance.
